On September, 24 Denis Shapovalov won big success in Aalborg. Denis performed with the Aalborg Symphony Orchestra under the famous american conductor Christian Badea. After performing Tchaikovsky Rococo Variations Denis was 7 times encored by the Danish audience.

On September, 15th Denis Shapovalov promotes contemporary music in one of the oldest Russian city - Jaroslavl. Denis will perform Cello Concerto by contemporary composer Victor Kozhevnikov with the Academic symphony orchestra of Jaroslavl under Murad Annamamedov.

Denis Shapovalov - cellist, conductor, composer.
“Brilliant talent!” – with these words Shapovalov was characterized by Mstislav Rostropovich.
At the age of 26 Denis Shapovalov became the youngest teacher of the Moscow Consevatory.
The victory at the XI Tchaikovsky Competition led Denis Shapovalov to the world's major concert halls, appearances at the international festivals, performances with famous musicians.
Since 2005 he startes his career as a conductor performing with different orchestra in Russia and abroad.
Multimedia show "Night Streets" by Denis Shapovalov - a unique music and video-art project, where different music styles interact in one art space.
Denis Shapovalov became the first classical musician, who performed a solo concert at the North Pole.
