Denis Shapovalov has taken part in the II Moscow international cello festival "VivaCello".

On the 1st of October Denis Shapovalov plays chamber music at Palacio de Congresos in Madrid. Together with Spanish musicians - violinist Ruben Dario Reina and pianist Paulo Brasil - Denis Shapovalov will perform Haydn, Piazzolla, Turina.

On September, 24 Denis Shapovalov won big success in Aalborg. Denis performed with the Aalborg Symphony Orchestra under the famous american conductor Christian Badea. After performing Tchaikovsky Rococo Variations Denis was 7 times encored by the Danish audience.

On September, 15th Denis Shapovalov promotes contemporary music in one of the oldest Russian city - Jaroslavl. Denis will perform Cello Concerto by contemporary composer Victor Kozhevnikov with the Academic symphony orchestra of Jaroslavl under Murad Annamamedov.

Denis Shapovalov gives two concerts at the Almaty Philharmony. Elgar Cello concerto will be performed together with the Kazakhstan State symphony Orchestra.

Denis Shapovalov and Alexander Vershinin finished the recording of the 24 preludes by composer Valery Belountsov (1969-2006).

In the frames of the Greek project following the concerts in Thessaloniki and Athens Denis Shapovalov and the State Symphony Capella of Russia, under the conduction of Valery Poliansky perform Rhapsody for Cello and Orchestra by Mikis Theodorakis.

Denis Shapovalov will appear at the Big Hall of the Moscow Conservatory with the symphony orchestra "Russian Philharmony".
